Clear limits make a better quote
Our sealing scope is aggregate concrete only. First-floor window washing includes inside/outside glass, tracks and sills. We do not offer roof cleaning, asphalt sealcoating or fence painting or staining.

Questions before you book
How do I get a quote?
Call or text (615) 267-3733, or email Ryan@coolsprings-pw.com. Include the address, service and photos of the requested work.
Do the images show completed customer jobs?
The images labeled as AI-generated are illustrations. They are not proof of completed work or customer results.
Which driveway sealing and window services are offered?
Driveway sealing is aggregate concrete only. Window washing is first-floor interior and exterior glass, tracks and sills.
Do you seal asphalt driveways?
No. We seal exposed-aggregate concrete driveways only.
How many coats of sealer do you apply?
We apply two coats of acrylic sealer. Confirm the product and project-specific preparation in your written quote.
Does sealing repair concrete cracks?
Sealing does not repair cracks or resurface concrete. Discuss cracks and damaged areas separately.
Do you clean second-floor windows?
No. We wash first-floor windows only.
Are tracks and sills included?
Yes. First-floor tracks and sills are included.
Does the service include window repairs?
Window washing does not include repairs. Show damaged frames or glass when requesting the quote.
Is deck staining the same as deck painting?
No. The desired appearance and existing finish affect the choice. Compare both options before selecting a coating.
Does the quote include cleaning or stripping?
Ask for preparation to be itemized. An existing finish may change what is required before a new product can be applied.
When can I use the deck afterward?
Use the instructions for the actual proposed product and weather conditions. Drying time depends on the product and weather.
